At Löyly Spa, our passion is creating guided sauna experiences – immersive, structured sessions that combine heat, steam, cooling, and rest into a complete restorative journey.
Most of our schedule is dedicated to Experiences like the Sauna Ritual and Club Night, where our team leads you through a well-paced program. However, we understand some guests prefer independent use, so we also offer Self-Use Access on selected days each week.
Self-Use Access
Self-Use Access is available only on select days. This is independent access to all spa facilities for a half-day (9:00–15:00 or 15:00–21:00). No guided rituals are included, but you may purchase treatments, food, or drinks à la carte. Bathrobes, towels, and sauna hats are not included but can be rented or purchased. This option is ideal for guests who want flexible, self-paced time in the spa while still enjoying the same premium environment.
Experience
In our concept, an “Experience” means a half-day access to the facilities combined with about 150 minutes of a guided program led by trained sauna masters. These include: Sauna Ritual – our signature program, limited to 16 guests per session, featuring dry pre-heating, aromatherapy, immersive Aufguss steam infusions, and the Ice & Flame contrast, with cooling breaks between sets. Club Night – offered a few times per month, limited to 12 guests, with a higher staff-to-guest ratio, and including the full Sauna Ritual plus a generous credit for treatments, food, and drinks that evening.
Add-Ons
Add-Ons are optional treatments you can add to any experience – from steam-room rituals like the Hot Leaves Experience and Warm Peeling, to massages (including Four-Hand Massage), to focused hand and foot care. Add-ons let you customize your visit, whether guided or independent.
Packages
Packages are pre-designed combinations of a ticket and selected add-ons, created for convenience and value. Birthday Bliss is a complete celebration with multiple treatments. Luxury Package for Two is perfect for couples sharing a sauna journey. Party Package is designed for groups combining spa use with reserved areas and special touches.
